Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays and will be shipped the next business day.

High order volumes may cause shipment delays. Please allow extra time for delivery. If a significant delay occurs, you will be contacted via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Overnight delivery is available only within the continental United States.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Supported carriers within the United States: UPS, USPS, and FedEx.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

ANBBaby.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Shipping to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses requires phone confirmation before order fulfillment.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

An order confirmation will be followed by a shipment confirmation email containing tracking numbers once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

ANBBaby.com is not responsible for customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the customer's responsibility.

Damages

ANBBaby.com is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

International Shipping Policy

Shipping outside the contiguous U.S. is currently not available.

 

Returns

Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Non-returnable Items

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for returns. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may be granted for items with obvious signs of use, opened media (CD, DVD, VHS, software, video games, cassette tapes, vinyl records), items not in original condition, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund, first check your bank account again. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to post. Contact your bank for additional processing time. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at sales@anbbaby.com.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only for defective or damaged items. To exchange for the same item, email sales@anbbaby.com
