Free Shipping on Orders Over $45

We’re happy to offer free shipping on all orders over $45 within the U.S. For orders below $45, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

 

Domestic Shipping Policy

Processing Times

We process most orders within 24-48 hours. Orders aren’t shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays and will ship the following business day. During times of high order volumes, there may be a slight delay, but we’ll keep you informed. If there’s a significant delay, we’ll reach out via email or phone to keep you updated.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout. For faster delivery, we also offer an overnight shipping option within the continental U.S. Please note that occasional delivery delays can happen. Our shipping partners include UPS, USPS, and FedEx, so you can choose the carrier that works best for you.

Shipments to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

We’re happy to ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. If you're shipping to a P.O. Box or an APO/FPO address, please call us to confirm order details.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours, allowing you to easily follow your order’s journey.



International Shipping Policy

At this time, we’re unable to ship outside the contiguous United States. We appreciate your interest and hope to offer more shipping options soon!

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Please be aware that ANB Baby is not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply to your order. Any additional charges during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) will be the customer’s responsibility.



Shipping Issues and Damages: Lost or Damaged Items

While we take great care in handling and shipping your items, damages or losses can occasionally occur. ANB Baby is not liable for products damaged or lost in transit. If your item arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to keep all packaging materials and the damaged items on hand for their review.
